General reservation conditions - Everything you should know

Please read carefully the following terms and conditions of payment and cancellation in order to avoid possible misunderstandings.

Stay

• Check in time: 16:00 - 21:00
• Check out time: to 12:00
• Minimum stay 3 nights (July and August 7 nights)

Prices

• Villa reservations are paid on the basis of the prices that are given on the day of the reservation.
• The prices for all properties are quoted in «euros» and include all the legal taxes.

Reservation and payment

• Acceptance – Confirmation of the reservation on your part.
• In order to confirm your reservation, you must pay part (deposit = 30%) or the full amount of the reservation cost.
• Minimum stay 3 nights (July and August 7 nights).

Confirmation of your request

• Upon reception of your deposit, you will receive the confirmation of your reservation as well as the confirmation of the amount of your deposit by e-mail.
• Your reservation is cancelled, if we do not receive the proportional payment (advance) on your behalf within 3 working days.
• Settlement must be made not later than 30 days before your arrival date.
• For reservations up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, full settlement must be sent immediately.
• With the full settlement you will receive by e-mail the voucher (reservation receipt) with the dates of your stay and the exact details of your lodging.
• Your stay includes all services mentioned on this voucher.
• This e-mail (voucher) must be printed and presented at your arrival.
• The receipt of payment will be given to you the day of your arrival.

Payment methods

• Credit card. You can use VISA and MASTERCARD. Payment is secured by our bank.
• Bank transfer. If your reservation is paid through a bank, kindly send us the deposit receipt by e-mail. The bank charges (if any) are paid by the payer.
• Personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival	Refund of 40% of total reservation cost
Cancellation 29 to 20 days before the date of arrival	Refund of 20% of total reservation cost
Cancellation 19 to 10 days before the date of arrival	Refund of 10% of total reservation cost
Cancellation 9 to 1 days before the date of arrival	No refund
If the customer does not appear in accommodation the date of arrival	No refund
If the customer discontinues the residence before the date of departure	No refund
